Version 2.14: Strategies in the Map book

The Map book reads one side at a time, strategies are written in it, and its match mode puts them full screen on your second monitor.
- New: Map book: a T / CT choice next to the map; the contents show only that side's pages, L'essentiel staying shared by both.
- New: “/ Nouvelle strat” writes a strategy from a page and pins it there; “/ Strat” pins an existing one.
- New: Map book match mode: the map and side's strategies in full screen, without menus.
- Better: A strategy is edited from its card, by its author or an admin; other members read it without being able to change or delete it.
- Better: The Strategies page leaves the menu: its old address opens the Map book.
