Version 2.17: Every grenade at once

The Stuffs page can show every grenade at once, and the map no longer needs instructions.
- New: An “All” chip before Smoke, Flash, Molotov and HE, on Stuffs and on the public Utility: every grenade of the map on the 3D model, each in its colour.
- Better: No more help text at the bottom left of the map: clicking a grenade, hovering a starting point, the arrows and Esc work as before.
- Better: Lineups without marked points no longer have their own link: the player goes through them with the others.
