Version 2.18: The map bar on one line

Map, side and callouts sit on one legended line above the model, and the Callouts button has no menu any more.
- New: On Stuffs, Utility and Tricks, a bar in three legended groups: the map, the CT / T side, the callouts. No more “All” for the side: content without a side shows on both.
- Better: The Callouts button reads at a glance: the eye hides the layer, two buttons pick Official or My team, the pencil opens the team’s Callouts page.
- Better: A lineup or trick opened from its address puts the page on its side, and the grenade shown by default is one that side has.
