Version 2.22: A richer clubhouse, a simpler Players page

Images, videos, utility and tricks in the chat; the team photo can be framed; Positions becomes Players, editable in place.
- New: The clubhouse: attach an image, a video, a utility lineup or a trick to a message, with “+”, “/” or by pasting a screenshot; a YouTube link shows its video.
- New: Team photo: frame it before uploading, with a preview of the banner as your screen shows it; “Reframe” works on the current one.
- Better: Positions becomes Players: a single grid, each cell changes with a click and saves at once, no Edit button or radar view.
- Better: Tricks: all maps on arrival, and the wall only (the radar view is gone).
- Better: The team menu offers “Manage my team”, which opens Settings → Team.
- Fixed: Signed in, ezstrats.com/fr and /en lead to your team's home instead of the presentation page.
