Version 2.5: Callouts on the 3D model, and the site on a phone

Callouts sit right on the 3D model, strat steps show their images, and the site finally fits on a phone.
- New: Utility: a “Callouts” toggle puts every callout on the 3D model, with a search.
- New: The callout board opens on the 3D model seen from above.
- New: Callouts sit on the floor of the 3D model, upper or lower level where two overlap.
- New: Strat step images and videos on the wall and in match mode.
- Better: Two teammates editing the same strat: nothing gets overwritten, keep yours or see theirs.
- Better: On a phone, the menu moves into a drawer and the players stack up.
- Better: Lighter menu: Golden Rules and Server removed.
- Better: The site moves to a new server.
